Audio Decode
Welcome to our website, we provide technical services for people who need the quality of an audio recording
improved to allow information to be recovered from it. Our clients are usually private investigators, or
industrial espionage protection agencies, but we have also dealt direct with the public many times.
An E.G. Systems company.
Audio Improvement.

Let's say you have recorded a conversation which you only have one chance of recording, but there is background noise, sudden bangs and crashes, wind noise, indistinct speech, and many other problems with the recording. We use professional tools to reduce problem artefacts in the recording, section by section, to give you the best chance to hear what's going on. Sometimes it's just too badly recorded, but in most cases we can greatly improve the audio for you, so you can use the recording to obtain the information you require..
Confidential.

Our service is confidential for our clients. We will not use any personal information gleaned from audio recordings, or other client data, in any way, or provide any information/audio to a third party (subject to normal national legal compliance). All static data is held on encrypted storage, and deleted once the job is over unless the client wishes us to store a safety copy to safeguard their data.
Reliable.

We provide each client, upon request, with a statement that the end-result of our work has not been tampered with in any way which will remove, or add, legal information that was not in the original. In simple terms, our work does not add or remove speech to/from the source audio. This means that, should you need to present the information in court, or other legal situation, you can provide the court with our tamper-proof statement to back up your claims. And if you ever ask us to add/remove speech, the answer will always be "no".
It's not like the movies.

Unlike your favourite spy movies, where someone says "I'll just enhance that", and suddenly everything is clear, things don't work like that in the real world. In reality, there can be many things which spoil audio recordings in ways that make it impossible to clearly hear what someone is saying, and various combinations can happen at different points during the recording, so a sceintific approach is required, with specific tools and methods.
